ALLISON NOVAK
I am a mother of two, real estate nerd, food & wine nut, and land enthusiast (aka country girl). I have always been obsessed with real property, be it homes or dirt.
My background in real estate started in 2006. I had just graduated from college 2 years prior and got lured into the idea of “realtoring” just before the industry fell apart. I was too young in my career to survive that terrible market environment, so I went on to work in corporate sales for 10 years while continuing to sell real estate as a “side gig.”
In 2017, I had saved enough to leverage myself out of the corporate hustle, so I took the leap and dedicated myself to real estate full time. Since then, I have flipped houses, helped numerous clients buy and sell homes, assisted investors in building profitable rental portfolios, and have become an investor myself.
I am authentic and down to earth, but also a fierce advocate for my clients. I truly value the opportunity to do this job, and I am grateful every day that my clients put their trust in me.

Hi there! I’m Brey (pronounced Bray), I am professional photographer and responsible for the digital marketing assets and social media for Novak & Co Real Estate.
In addition to my role for Allison and her clients, I own Yosemite’s Golden Photography. My style is largely focused on natural outdoor settings, with a mix of candid and posed shots that highlight authentic moments.
I live in the Sacramento area with my loving husband of 13 years and our three furry babies: a Dutch Shepherd, Belgian Mal, and a German Shepherd-Chow mix.

I have worked in the real estate industry since 1996, joining RE/MAX Gold in April 2019. I love the process of ensuring that all the pieces of each transaction's puzzle are in place, making the file as complete as possible. When not managing files, I can be found playing the saxophone, writing fiction, playing soccer, or entertaining my cats.
